RETURN POLICY

For your convenience, here is what you need to know about product returns.Product return/replacement guarantee.Your great experience with us is our top priority. So, if for some unfortunate reason, you‘re not satisfied with the product, you can return it back to us in 14 business days since the day you received it.

Requirements:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products/items that were custom made according to your given dimensions, constructive that applies to individual needs, or the product was already used.
  • To return the product, you need to provide a proof of purchase first.
  • You must ensure the safe return/transport of the product.
  • The product/item must be in its original packaging, intact (you also can not write address, use duct tapes or do any damage to the original package). Before returning the product, you must ensure that the product remains intact.
  • Also, the product must remain unused, its labels intact, protective film is not ripped and etc.

(This does not include cases if you receive a defective item/product).If the returned item/product/package will not satisfy the requirements above, there will be no refund. If the package has any physical changes due to inspection upon delivery, then it is not qualified as material changes to the product/item. Here is what you need to know if the product/item has freight damage

If, in some cases, the product/item will get damaged while shipping, we will cover all costs. However, if the product/item gets damaged while returning it to the seller, then the customer takes responsibility for the damage.

When taking your order from the driver, please make sure to check the condition of the package and the contents, also, please make sure to sign a bill of lading or other related documents.

If you notice any damages on the package/product, or any changes to complete set during reception, please note these changes or damages on the transfer acceptance statement where both participants – you and the carrier are present.

After you have signed a bill of lading without freight claims, it is considered that the product/item has no signs of damage or physical changes and we don‘t take the responsibility for any damages, unless it involves product defects or discrepancies in a complete set, if these discrepancies can be identified by externally inspecting the product/item at the moment of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

If a returned product/item satisfies the return policy requirements, then you are eligible for a refund. Since the date of your purchase, it will take up to 7 business days for your money to be transferred back to your bank account. If the product/item that you have returned to us do not satisfy the return policy requirements, there will be no refund.

The product/item of appropriate quality must be returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 2011 August 17 “On the Approval of the Procedure for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Using Communication Means”,

The product/item of inappropriate quality must be replaced or returned in accordance with the order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 2001 June 29 “On the Approval of the Procedure for the Return and Replacement of Goods”.
